CABERLOT - I.G.T red wine produced in Tuscany with 95% cabernet Sauvignon 5%Merlot. - VINTAGE: 2012 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Intense ruby red wine with purple reflections. Full and complex bouquet with scents of pepper, tobacco, blackberries, and cherries in alcohol. Wine with a complex and enveloping taste, elegant, persistent and well-balanced. - It is suggested to decant the Cabrlot before drinking. - FOOD PAIRING: It can be paired with aged cheeses, cold cuts platters, meat sauce pasta/risotto, roasted or grilled meat, and bbq steak. - Serving temperature 18/20 degrees. - Product region: Toscana - Denomination: Toscana Rosso I.G.T. - Vinification: Fermentation in steel vats and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. - Alcool: 13,5-14% vol.
