CHIANTI RISERVA D.O.C.G - D.O.C.G red wine produced in Tuscany with 85% Sangiovese 15% grapes. - VINTAGE: 2018 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Dry red wine with intense ruby red color and amber reflections. Bouquet of ripe fruit, black cherry, raspberry, leather and spices, cigar box and bit of coffee. Dry wine, slightly tannic with balanced taste a little bit of cassis, pepper and spices, roasted almond and plump on the finish. - FOOD PAIRING: Ideal to be paired with cold cuts, aged cheeses, red sauce pasta, is a must with this wine, but also game, roasted and grilled meats and of course BBQ steak. - Vinification: Fermentation in steel vats and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. - Alcool: 14% vol. - Serving temperature 18/20 degrees.
