The alcohol content is indicative and it could be subject to variations of +/- 0,5% vol. VINEYARD AREA: Belice valley, 200/500 m above sea level North-East facing slopes. SOIL: Relatively deep alluvial based soils of medium texture with a mix of limestone and sand. Dark soils with a good content of organic matter. WINEMAKING: The must is treated oxidatively to achieve colour stability. Thereafter reductive handling and fermentation for 15 days at 13-15° C. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 2 moths prior to bottling. TASTING NOTES: Bouquet of pear, green apple and peach. Palate is fresh and savory with fruity notes. Pleasant and persistent followed by a crisp finish. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 / 10 °C. FOOD PAIRING: Enjoy with light appetizers, crustaceans, raw fish and risotto dishes.
