Asphodel is a community of Sardinian beekeepers that decided to put together their effort to sell their local, raw, wild and organic honeys to the world. Our products come from a selection of the best organic honey on the island after a tough work performed every day all along the year: avoiding pesticides and artificial nutrition in fact entails a lot more work and higher risks compared to the usual product which is dominating the today's beekeeping sector. We are particularly concentrated on producing the best and unique honey of our island such as Strawberry Tree honey (the bitter honey) which is only present in Sardinia and Corsica or the Asphodel honey which again is very rare and impossible to industrialize.
