GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Grillo Made with organic grapes APPELLATION: White Wine – Sicilia D.O.C. ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 12,5% vol. The alcohol content is indicative and it could be subject to variations of +/- 0,5% vol. VINEYARD AREA: Belice valley, 350 m above sea level South South-East facing slopes. SOIL: Relatively deep alluvial based soils of medium texture with a mix of limestone and sand. Dark soils with a good content of organic matter. WINEMAKING: Grillo vinified with 12 hours skin contact at 4°C and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 12-14° C. TASTING NOTES: Bouquet offerirng notes of apple, peach, banana, pineapple, pink grapefruit and citrus. Provides a pleasantly soft taste that is rich and fruity. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 / 10 °C. FOOD PAIRING: Enjoyable as an aperitif and ideal with fish dishes, crustaceans and soups. NOTES: Certified organic by Suolo e Salute srl Italy
