A new type of cured meat born from the tradition of the Piedmontese mountain villages: the Lumbar & Lard, a unique piece of lean loin mixed together with the delicious layer of lard. Sliced and vacuum-sealed, perfect to enjoy as an aperitif with some cheese and a glass of Italian red wine (a Nebbiolo perhaps?)
