Pancetta is an Italian version of bacon made from pork belly, that is salted, cured, and spiced with black pepper and spices. Our peculiar pancetta is made following the ancient recipe of the Ossola Valley, an area in the North of Piedmont, famous for its cold cuts and cheeses. Enjoy it thinly sliced on a warm slice of rye bread with a drizzle of honey, or cut it into cubes and make the most delicious Carbonara.
