Created from the combination of pork fillet and pancetta rolled together, we present this new fantastic cured meat. The noblest and leanest part of the pig, the fillet is enriched with the fatter and tasty pork belly, in a harmonious mix that melts in your mouth. Serve it in your aperitif with some bread or croutons, aged cheese and a glass of red wine, maybe two, or three... ;)
