GRAPES: Blend DENOMINATION: Red Wine – Terre Siciliane I.G.P. ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13% vol. The alcohol content is indicative and it could be subject to variations of +/- 0,5% vol. PRODUCTION ZONE: Valle del Belice, 200/300 a.m.s.l TERRAINS: Medium-textured surface soils with predominantly limestone clay component, with a good content of organic matter and iron. VINIFICATION: maceration on the skins for 20 days . Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 15-16°C whitout yeast or additive. Ageing in oak barrels. Uninterrupted Punching down during the day. TASTING NOTES: Red Ruby colour. On the nose notes of ribes, blackburry, chocolate, great balance between structure and pleasantness. PAIRING: Perfect with red meat.
