The Pastificio Minardo is an artisan production laboratory, certified organic, born in 2007 in Sicily, Italy, with the aim of producing high quality pasta, with the varieties of local ancient grains such as Russello and Timilia, respecting the environment and people's health.
We only use organic Sicilian ancient wheat flour, because they are rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with easily digestible gluten.
Our pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
We produce different pasta shapes, suitable for numerous recipes, including vegetarian or vegan, such as penne for pasta with sauce, bucatini ideal for carbonara, reginette excellent for baked recipes, up to spaghetti, an iconic format of Italian cuisine. .
We have also introduced a line dedicated to Super Foods, to naturally combine the taste of a healthy pasta with the energy provided by special ingredients such as spirulina, turmeric, matcha tea, rich in precious nutrients.
