GRAPES: Blend APPELLATION: White wine – Terre Siciliane I.G.P. ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 12% vol. The alcohol content is indicative and it could be subject to variations of +/- 0,5% vol. PRODUCTION ZONE: Valle del Belice, 200/500 m s.l.m. TERRAINS: Dark, alluvial and deep soil of medium mixture, clayey-sandy silt composition, medium content in organic matter. VINIFICATION: maceration on the skins for 12 days . Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 15-16°C whitout yeast or additive. Ageing in tonneaux. Uninterrupted Punching down during the day. TASTING NOTES: Yellow gold colour.The nose offer a complex bouquet of orange peel, dry fig and tropical fruit, on the palate well balance finished with pleasent freshness. SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 12 / 15 °C. PAIRING: Perfect with sea food, white meat and dessert.
