We introduce ourselves: we do the best job: we make chocolate! Craftsmanship is a fundamental part of our work; we like to experiment, propose something unique, create emotions.
The recipes are born from our gluttony, we use only high quality products, which we work by hand, not following the fashion of the moment but our taste and looking for simple and good ingredients as much as possible.

We also like to enhance the artistic part, the boxes of Pralines are packaged like mosaics and our Symphonies of Flowers or Fruits are composed like paintings, but at the moment of tasting they are able to amaze with an unmistakable intensity and taste.
Adelia, always in the world of spirits, with a production that ranges from typical grappas to sweet liqueurs, has its own personalized recipes created by artisan distilleries, with which it collaborates since the beginning of the activity, in a joint work that follows the birth and development of the product at every stage.

Therefore, the offer of spirits and liqueurs is characterized by a high quality level, for being a quantitatively limited production and with direct distribution or through selected channels.
The artisan workshop and the sales point are located in the historic center of San Daniele del Friuli.
