On our organic family farm 'Tenuta Le Mandorlaie' located in Maremma Tuscany, Italy we truly love our grape vines and olive trees. Our farm is organic and creates Italian red wine and extra virgin olive oil. Our Italian red wine is 'Capricci' IGT Toscana Rosso and is a single vineyard wine, created from vines over 50 years old, it is aged in oak and released for sale after 2 years. It is a full bodied wine, full of the berry flavors expected of a sangiovese wine.
Our extra virgin olive oil is IGP Olive Oil Toscana, so with an assured high quality. It offers an incredible colour, aroma and taste experience which is expected of a very high quality extra virgin olive oil.
We are working towards zero waste, and utilise sustainable products in the care, manufacture and shipping of our products. Our farm is run from our solar energy array and we work hard on water conservation through retention in the soil and also in computer managed drip irrigation for our vegetable garden and the grapevines should they need it.
We want to always deliver quality over quantity.
