Aurelio Busani, founder of Donna Enrica and A.I.S Sommelier, has increased his experience in the family winery "Il Cavalierino" in Montepulciano.
In these beautiful landscapes of Tuscany he learned to know wine, to grow grapes and to produce with an organic approach.
Today Aurelio still cultivates 155 acres of vineyards and olive plantations, immersed in the warm and golden Tuscan light, producing wine and oil with his company Villa Chiccheio.
